Five New Locations Join Existing Locations in New Jersey and Connecticut


ALTOONA, PA – February 1, 2022 – Pyramid Healthcare announced their plans today to extend the High Focus Centers brand into the Southeastern United States.  High Focus Centers, a premier provider of structured outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment programs for more than 25 years, will now be offering services for adults and adolescents in Georgia and North Carolina. 

The existing Pyramid Family Behavioral Healthcare (PFBH) program in Sandy Springs and Johns Creek, Georgia, along with the existing October Road location in Charlotte, North Carolina will be re-branded as High Focus Centers locations. In addition, the recently acquired Atlanta Addiction Recovery Center (AARC) in Marietta, GA and RiverMend Health Centers in Augusta, GA will be re-branded. This will establish an expanded High Focus Centers system of 13 outpatient program locations across New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, and North Carolina. 

High Focus Centers offers in-person and telehealth structured outpatient treatment programming for adults and adolescents diagnosed with a broad spectrum of mental health and substance abuse disorders, including depression, bi-polar, anxiety, addiction and co-occurring diagnoses.

The outpatient treatment programs in Charlotte, Marietta, Augusta, Sandy Springs and Johns Creek are High Focus Centers’ first locations in Georgia and North Carolina, joining its 7 existing locations across the state of New Jersey and 1 location in Connecticut.  It is the organization’s mission to deliver holistic, evidence-based treatment in a relaxed, intimate setting using an individualized approach consistently across all locations.
