Dallas, PA – August 1, 2022 – Pyramid Healthcare announced today the launch of Pyramid Military Therapy & Recovery Programs at its Dallas, Pennsylvania facility. This location currently provides withdrawal management and inpatient treatment for adult mental health and substance use disorders, and this new program will now deliver these services tailored specifically to veterans.

Pyramid Healthcare recognizes that substance use, depression, anxiety and PTSD are all common issues for military and veterans, especially those who have endured trauma during their time in service. We utilize a clinically integrated, flexible Process Therapy approach to address underlying trauma and moral injury at their cores.

A curriculum built just for veterans features Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address the complex behavioral healthcare care issues including substance use and mental health disorders that service veterans commonly face.

Pyramid Military Therapy & Recovery Programs clients can benefit from individual and group therapy, holistic services, family therapy, peer support services, medication management and access to medical care led by an extensive team of clinicians, nurses, support specialists and technicians who understand the unique needs of those who have served.

The Pyramid Military Therapy & Recovery Programs is an approved provider of the Optum Veteran Community Care Network (VA-CCN), provides complimentary door-to-door transportation and a quick admissions process.
